Sherri Mraz, CHHC, RYT
Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Registered Yoga Therapist and healthy cooking instructor
“Food has the power to heal you or kill you!”
Do you struggle with weight issues, self esteem, cravings, low energy, the afternoon slump, procrastination, STRESS and or an overall feeling of not being all that you are meant to be? Have you been told by your doctor that you need to eat healthier, but you don’t know where to begin?
If you answered yes to even three of these questions, I want to offer you a complimentary 30 minute phone “breakthrough session”.
Sherri Mraz is a Holistic Health Counselor who will analyze your diet and make recommendations to fit your individuality. New and healthful foods are introduced slowly. Although you will be taught to eat as nature intended, care is given to your unique bio-individuality. You will learn how to master healthy simple cooking and how to prepare meals and stay organized. As you begin to feel better, new habits are formed and less healthful ones disappear. Unlike other nutrition programs, you will receive guidance and motivation in other areas that provide nourishment such as self care, self awareness, setting goals, intentions and moving your body. Sherri is an excellent listener; she has had many clients state that they made more changes and felt better from her program than from many years of talk therapy.
Sherri helps people increase their metabolism, drive up energy levels, regulate weight and moods, reduce stress and cravings.
Sherri is the creator of the six week group program “Eight Hours to Better Health” which is held by tele-class and in person.
Sherri Mraz graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She completed their specially selected second year internship program and is currently a mentor for their long distance learning program.
